Show 139: Delicious Childhood Memories
This podcast episode is archived and is not available at this time. If you’d like to hear it send an email and we can hook you up with it.
You know that feeling when you bite into something you had as a child (or just as a younger person) and tasting it immediately takes you back there? Yeah, we do, too. Some things are good, some things are bad, but we’re all a little nostalgic. The Beer Dads talk about what foods, or really anything that takes us back, we loved then and love now. Of course, it’s The Beer Dads and that means we’ll go off in the weeds because we do that. But, it was a fun show.
Our beer this week is Tanilla Imperial Porter from Knee Deep Brewing Company. Just like last episode but this time aged in bourbon. 10+% ABV. Special thanks to our friend Nichole Livengood, The Gap Creek Gourmet for supplying the brew for us. She brought it as a gift.
The show was recorded at Test Pattern Studios. Test Pattern is located at 701 N Trade Street in good ol’ WSNC. Check out the Test Pattern page for more on their happenings.
