Show 161: Up Against the Wall-E
Beer Dad Paul and a friend of his were talking about how in Wall-E the humans basically got too enthralled in technology that they all basically degenerated into fat, feeble slobs, their every whim catered to by machines. That led to The Beer Dads talking about whether we’ve become so reliant on tech that we may become that level of pathetic. We discuss the reality and if that’s possible.
The Beer of the week is Luponic Distortion IPA from Firestone Walker.
The show was recorded at The Lab at Industry Hill. Industry Hill is a business-minded neighborhood in the former Warehouse District. In the district are restaurants, a chocolatier, a distillery, two breweries, a beverage company, an entertainment complex, textiles, packaging and much more to come. To find out more follow them on social media or visit the area’s website. Thanks so much to Industry Hill for having a place for us to bring you our podcasts.
