We are back after a long hiatus. Another hiatus ended this past weekend. That was the Pride festival here in Winston-Salem. It had been canceled or postponed for the last two years because of the pandemic. It brought 30,000+ people, from all walks of life, this past Saturday. Beer Dad Paul and Beer Dad Tim are on the board and were working the festival. Dad Paul was part of the parade crew and Dad Tim emceed the community stage. The Dads talked about the festival, the parade, the LGBTQ+ community, changing times, hate groups, and more.
